PenServ Plan Services, Inc. is an independent third party administrator offering recordkeeping and administrative services for qualified retirement plans. We have over 30 years of experience in providing high quality consulting and reporting, and strive to provide exceptional customer service, compliance and oversight.

PenServ is currently looking for an Account Manager. This position is responsible for actively managing all aspects of the client experience. They will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and problem solving when reviewing reports and other retirement plan documents. They will maintain overall responsibility for the clients' satisfaction, and accuracy in financial reporting.

The Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships, and will counsel plan sponsors, advisors, and human resource contacts of assigned new or existing client organizations, in order to become their provider for information and resources related to their retirement plans.

Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with databases and data management
• Experience in the finance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Analytical, strong attention to detail and a high regard for accuracy
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong client services skills and professional, friendly attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as interaction with clients and team members is critical to success

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience with benefits and/or payroll

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
